| What kind of Paintings Style Do You Like? | | I use to like abstract art, but over time I came to really enjoy realism. | | What do you collect? Does anyone know anything about this coin? | | Everyone, well most everyone tends to have something they like to collect. It is interesting to here of all the different things people collect because you never know what strange things someone may collect. I do have several collections of things myself. The first thing I collect is music boxes. I love music boxes and the second is carousel horses. So I love to get the carousel music boxes, they are pretty and I love to watch them. Another thing I collect is wheatback pennies and foreign coins. Those probably aint worth much, but they are good for show and tell purposes.I have this one penny that is not a wheatback,but someone drew this mirror image on it and I am not sure where it came from, but thought it may be interesting for others to look at. And the other thing I collect is thomas kinkade items. I am not a fanatic, but I do enjoy his artwork and have several of his collections.One other thing I like is trains. I have never ridden on one, but I like the music box trains-watching those makes my eyes light up like a child. | What Hangs On Your Bedroom Walls? | | And what does it say about you? I hope this doesn't get too personal. So I'll start by saying, the things that are hanging on my wall makes me sounds like a very artsy boohoo fluff kind of person. And a tad bit old fashion I might add. There's a grandfather clock (yes the hanging type), a old coca cola commercial print on a weathered wood crate, golden bronze leaves set, two candle holders with candles, painting of The Gatekeeper, painting of little children on the farm picking flowers, painting of Sonoma (done by Ex), Thomas Kinkade type painting of white picket fenced house on beach. Is oh so cozy. Oh yeah, and my electric guitar. Would you like to share? | |
